Suspicious Person Climbing Fire Escape, Summit Avenue

Units responded to the 1400 block of Summit Avenue for a male climbing the fire escape and attempting to open windows of different apartments. The suspect was described as a thin male wearing a black hoodie with the hood up. Officers are waiting for a further description.
